- Provide exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment
- Answers telephones in a professional manner and directs inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Welcome and greet all clients and visitors
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Assembly of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
- Contact clients when final products are ready for pickup

This role provides administrative support for our team allowing our accountants to stay focused on serving the clients, helping them and the firm succeed.
Duties include the following:
- Assist with quarterly and yearly payroll reports
- Assist with payroll processing for clients
- Assist accountants and team members with various accounting and administrative tasks
- Compile various reports using Word or Excel
- Work with confidential matters

We are currently hiring a full or part-time CPA or CPA candidate whose primary responsibility will be, but not limited to, the performance of audit, review, and compilation engagements in various industries.
Experience:
- 2+ years in a public accounting firm (Preferred)
- 2+ years of individual, partnership, corporate (C & S), and nonprofit preparation (Preferred)
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in accounting or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

INTERNSHIP OR PART-TIME STAFF ACCOUNTANT – Minimum 20 hours
The intern or part-time staff accountant will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and various adjustments to prepare financial statements, review data in QuickBooks, and prepare to adjust journal entries, as well as both individual and business income tax preparation. Coaching and training provided.
Duties include the following:
- Code checks
- Summarize cash receipts and cash disbursements
- Record journal entries
- Preparation of quarterly payroll reports
- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns

- First or second-year college student majoring in accounting
