Wade H. Ritchie III, CPA
Mr. Ritchie is the Vice-President of Clark and Anderson, P.A. with over 40 years of public accountingexperience. He is the partner in charge of all audits and attestation services and has developedspecialized knowledge in Single Audits under Uniform Guidance, ERISA plans, for profit and not for profit organizations, including governmental entities. He is also experienced in providing peer review services for other CPA firms.
He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA), and currently serves on the Peer Review Committee for Coastal Peer Review, Inc. He has previously served on the advisory boards for Revere Bank and Sandy Spring Bank.
